That part you mentioned about being “alone” reminds me of a sermon where the pastor mentioned Jesus having experienced all the various human emotions and mental-trials up to the point of death. I guess it is in such “lonely” moments where we get an idea of what our Master had to overcome – here we’re sharing in His fellowship & suffering. But also, here is where we have the opportunity to be truely all-dependent on God’s grace.
