This service is not catering for regular usage but more of an event based and on-demand service. If you are thinking of using it regularly, it may be cheaper just to upgrade your current eSpeed plan]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[1mb ,2 mb is not even enough to watch a hd youtube video, you need at least 5 mb to watch it, most video  quality is now in hd, we cant even stream the video, 


japan is offering 100mb , singapore 10mb(standard), shanghai)50mb(US60)



0.90 is still expensive, pretend we use 2 times a day(2 hour) ,30 days would be $54 ,   68+54=$122 ,]]></description>
