		<description>@annoy True that it it won&#039;t be capable of streaming HD video but everything needs to start somewhere. It could start small, and if people&#039;s interest picks up they could invest more and build it up into something of high caliber.

This service is not catering for regular usage but more of an event based and on-demand service. If you are thinking of using it regularly, it may be cheaper just to upgrade your current eSpeed plan</description>

		<description>1mb ,2 mb is not even enough to watch a hd youtube video, you need at least 5 mb to watch it, most video  quality is now in hd, we cant even stream the video,
